At OmKilkari Child Development Centre, all diagnostic evaluations (ADOS-2, Conners-4), milestone tracking sheets, therapy logs, and clinical video documentations are treated as strictly confidential medical records.
We collect relevant developmental history, pregnancy/birth history, and milestone observations solely for the purpose of formulating individualized therapy programs under Dr. Sunil Kushwaha.
No assessment, therapy intervention, or clinical media recording is initiated without prior written consent from the child's parent or legal guardian.
