1. Clinical Assessment & Scheduling

All developmental assessment appointments and therapy sessions are scheduled by prior reservation. Parents are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time slot at our Paharia, Varanasi center.

2. SMART Goal Therapy Commitment

Therapies are delivered based on SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bounded) objectives. Consistent attendance and completion of home practice exercises recommended by Dr. Sunil Kushwaha's team are critical for milestone progress.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

In case of illness or unforeseen delays, please inform the helpline (+91-6390003101) at least 4 hours in advance to reschedule your child's 1-on-1 therapy session.
